Is a deposit required?
Each booking requires a 25% non-refundable deposit. This is not an extra cost, it is included in the total price of the selected package. The remaining balance is due at the end of the session or event.
What if I would like to reschedule?
A shoot can be rescheduled at no cost as long as it is outside a 24 hour window of the shoot. Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the shoot will require a new deposit.
What if I am running late?
A 15-minute window is permitted in case you are running late. After 15 minutes, the shoot is cancelled and you have the option to reschedule with a new deposit.
How do I pay?
Once you decide to move forward, we will email a service contract and an invoice for the deposit. The remaining balance can be paid once the photoshoot is done, before final delivery of the images.
